Frequently Asked Questions

Everything about claiming, renewing and running your free FlameHost server — how verified invites work, what they cost, and what happens when a server expires.

Last updated: 25 July 2026

Join the FlameHost Discord, invite friends using your personal invite link, and claim your server from the dashboard once you hit the required number of verified invites. Five verified invites unlocks a 2 GB server for 30 days — no credit card, no payment, ever.

The full process takes three steps:

  • Join our Discord and grab your personal invite link from the dashboard.
  • Share that link with friends. Each one who joins and passes our checks becomes a verified invite.
  • Once your balance reaches a plan's requirement, claim it from the dashboard and your server deploys in seconds.

Servers stay active for 30 days. To renew, earn the same number of verified invites the plan originally cost and claim the renewal before your expiry date.

Walking through a 4 GB server as an example:

  • Claim a 4 GB server with 10 verified invites.
  • Your invite balance drops by 10 invites at the moment you claim it.
  • After 30 days, you'll need another 10 verified invites to renew that same server for a further 30 days.

Each renewal requires fresh verified invites — invites already spent on a previous claim don't carry over.

The required number of invites is deducted from your verified invite balance the moment you claim a reward.

For example:

Verified Invites: 22

Claim: 6 GB Server (20 Invites)

Remaining Invites: 2

Invites you earn after a claim keep accumulating toward your next reward, so you can carry on building a balance for your renewal straight away.

FlameHost counts invites only through the official invite tracking bot: Falcon™ (#4461).

Your dashboard syncs directly with Falcon™ so invite counts stay accurate and fair for everyone. Invites tracked by other bots, screenshots, or manual reports will not be counted.

An invite becomes verified once the person joins using your link, their Discord account is at least 7 days old, and they pass our anti-abuse checks.

All three conditions have to be met:

  • The invited user joins using your invite link.
  • Their Discord account is at least 7 days old.
  • They pass all automated anti-abuse checks.

Only then does the invite count toward your rewards.

Your invite is most likely still pending, or it didn't qualify. Invites stay pending until the invited account clears the 7-day age requirement.

The common reasons an invite doesn't count:

  • The invited account is less than 7 days old.
  • They joined using someone else's invite link.
  • They have since left the Discord server.
  • They were flagged as suspicious or as a bot by our anti-abuse checks.

If someone you invited leaves the Discord server, that verified invite is removed from your balance.

For example:

Verified Invites: 12

Friend leaves Discord

Verified Invites: 11

This keeps the referral system fair for everyone who brings in members that stay and take part.

No — each Discord account can only ever count once.

If someone leaves and joins again, it will not create a new verified invite or increase your invite count. The system remembers accounts it has already credited.

No. Self-invites, alternate accounts, bots, fake accounts, VPN abuse, and any other attempt to manipulate the referral system are prohibited.

Accounts identified as suspicious may be rejected automatically, and repeated abuse can result in referral rewards or accounts being suspended.

Your free server stays active for 30 days. When it expires it is suspended, and your data is kept for a limited grace period.

What happens after expiry:

  • Your server is suspended and goes offline.
  • Your data is retained for a limited grace period.
  • Renew in time by earning the required verified invites again, and your server is reactivated with your world intact.
  • If it isn't renewed before the grace period ends, the server and its files may be permanently deleted.

We recommend renewing before the expiry date, and keeping your own backup of any world you'd hate to lose.
