This Privacy Policy explains what information FlameHost collects, why we collect it, and how it is used. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a free hosting service.

1. Information we collect

• Discord account details — your Discord username, ID and avatar when you join our community or link your account, plus the invites you generate (used to track reward tiers).
• Server content — the files, worlds, mods and configuration you upload to your server.
• Basic technical data — things like IP address and logs, used only for security, abuse prevention and keeping the service running.

2. How we use your information

• To create, run and manage your free server.
• To calculate and apply the resources you unlock through invites.
• To keep the platform secure and prevent abuse.
• To provide support through our Discord community.

3. What we don’t do

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We only share data where strictly necessary to operate the service (see third parties below) or when required by law.

4. Third-party services

FlameHost relies on Discordfor community, sign-in and invite tracking. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own privacy policy and terms. We may use basic hosting and analytics providers to keep the site online.

5. Data retention & backups

Server data is stored only while your server is active. Because the service runs on older hardware, data may be lost at any time — please keep your own backups on your device. When a server is deleted or a reward period ends, its data may be removed permanently.

6. Cookies

The website uses only the cookies needed for it to function and, if enabled, privacy-friendly analytics to understand general traffic. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.

7. Children

The service is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by Discord in your country). Please do not use FlameHost if you are under that age.

8. Your choices

You can request that we delete your server and associated data at any time by contacting us in Discord. Leaving our Discord community will stop new invite data from being collected.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version.
