Welcome to FlameHost. By creating or using a free server with us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully — if you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Free, community-run service

FlameHost is a free, community-funded hosting service. There is no payment, subscription, or contract. Because the service is free and run by volunteers, it is provided strictly on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis, without warranties of any kind.

2. Data, reliability & backups

By using our free hosting, you agree to the following:

• The service uses older hardware, so failures and data loss may happen.
• We do not guarantee your data will always be safe or available.
• You are responsible for keeping your own backups.
• We are not responsible for any lost or corrupted data.

3. Earning resources with invites

Server resources such as RAM, CPU and storage can be unlocked by inviting people to our Discord community. To keep this fair for everyone:

• Fake, self, bot, or re-joined invites do not count and may be removed at any time.
• Abusing, botting, or manipulating the invite system may result in the loss of your rewards and a suspension.
• Reward tiers, limits and durations may change as the service evolves.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use FlameHost to:

• Host or share illegal content, malware, phishing, or anything that breaks the law.
• Launch attacks (DDoS, spam, brute-force) or run crypto miners, stressers, or other resource-abusing software.
• Attempt to bypass resource limits, gain unauthorised access, or disrupt other users’ servers.
• Harass others or violate Discord’s Terms of Service.

5. Availability & uptime

We do our best to keep servers online, but we do not promise any specific uptime. Servers may be restarted, suspended, or removed for maintenance, abuse, inactivity, or when a reward period ends.

6. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or delete any server or account at any time, with or without notice, if these terms are broken or to protect the service and its community.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
