Refund Policy

Last Updated:2026-05-25

This Privacy Policy explains when refunds may be available for FlameHost services.

By purchasing from FlameHost, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1. General Refund Rule

Refunds are limited and are not guaranteed.

FlameHost provides digital hosting services, and once a service is provisioned, resources may be allocated immediately.

Refunds are reviewed by FlameHost on a case-by-case basis according to this policy.

2. First Purchase Refund Window

Refund requests may be considered only for a customer’s first purchase.

The refund request must be submitted within:

24 hours of the first purchase

Refunds are not generally available for second or later purchases.

This means:

  • First-time customer purchase: eligible for review within 24 hours
  • Second purchase or later: not eligible for standard refund
  • Refund approval remains at FlameHost’s discretion

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, open a support ticket from the billing panel or contact:

Email: email@flamehost.asia

Your request should include:

  • Invoice number
  • Service name
  • Reason for refund
  • Any relevant details

4. Refund Eligibility

A refund may be considered if:

  • It is your first purchase with FlameHost.
  • The request is submitted within 24 hours.
  • The service has not been used heavily or abused.
  • The issue is not caused by user misconfiguration, plugins, mods, or third-party software.
  • The account is not involved in abuse, fraud, or policy violations.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally non-refundable:

  • Renewals
  • Upgrade invoices
  • Addons
  • Setup fees
  • Taxes, where non-refundable or already charged/remitted
  • Services suspended for abuse
  • Services terminated for abuse
  • Services suspended or terminated for policy violations
  • Services involved in chargebacks, fraud, or misuse
  • Services cancelled by the customer after use
  • Second or later purchases
  • Partial billing periods unless approved by FlameHost

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be provided at FlameHost’s discretion.

Partial refunds may depend on:

  • Service usage
  • Time used
  • Nature of the issue
  • Payment provider limitations
  • Tax or fee limitations
  • Abuse or policy review

FlameHost may approve, reduce, or deny any refund request.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are strictly returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. We do not support or allow refunds to alternative cards, accounts, or payment methods for any reason.

Refund processing depends on the payment provider, bank, card network, or payment method.

8. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds usually take:

5–10 business days

However, actual processing time may vary depending on:

  • Payment method
  • Payment provider
  • Bank processing
  • Card network rules
  • Currency conversion
  • Compliance checks

9. Service Termination After Refund

If a refund is approved, the related service may be terminated immediately.

Refunded services may lose access to:

  • Server files
  • Control panel access
  • Allocated resources
  • Backups, if any
  • Related service benefits

Customers are responsible for keeping their own backups before requesting a refund.

10. Taxes and Fees

Taxes may not be refundable where already charged, remitted, processed, or restricted by payment provider rules.

Payment processing fees may also be non-refundable.

Refunded amounts may therefore be lower than the original amount paid.

11. Renewals

Renewals are generally non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for cancelling services before the renewal date if they do not wish to continue.

If a renewal invoice is unpaid by the due date, the service may be suspended and later terminated according to FlameHost’s service lifecycle rules.

12. Upgrades

Upgrade invoices are non-refundable once paid.

Upgrades apply instantly after payment and update service resources.

If an upgrade invoice is created but unpaid, it expires automatically after 60 minutes.

13. Cancellations

Cancelling a service prevents future renewal after the current billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically create a refund.

No refund is provided for unused remaining time unless FlameHost approves it under this Refund Policy.

14. Abuse and Policy Violations

No refund will be provided for services suspended or terminated due to:

  • Abuse
  • Illegal activity
  • DDoS activity
  • Malware
  • Phishing
  • Spam
  • Crypto mining
  • Resource abuse
  • Policy violations
  • Attempts to bypass limits
  • Attacks against other networks or servers

15. Chargebacks

Customers should contact FlameHost support before opening a chargeback or dispute.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Account suspension
  • Service suspension
  • Service termination
  • Future order restrictions
  • Recovery of dispute-related costs where allowed

16. Changes to This Policy

FlameHost may update this Refund Policy at any time.

The policy in effect at the time of purchase or refund request may be used to evaluate the request.
